1. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, interface designs, source code, logos, and the "Studio [ Base3 ]" branding — belongs exclusively to Studio Base3 Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
This section applies to the website itself. Software we deliver to clients is governed by the Statement of Work for each engagement, under which clients receive full ownership of their source code and intellectual property.
2. Demonstration Platforms & Case Studies
Case studies, interface showcases, and mockups presented on this website (including OpsHub) represent sanitized or conceptual systems prepared for operational demonstration purposes. Company names, people, figures, documents, and data shown are illustrative and do not disclose confidential client information. Results described may vary depending on each organization's context.
3. Non-Binding Nature of Inquiries
Submitting the intake form, exchanging emails, or holding preliminary discussions or discovery calls does not create a client relationship, a retained service, or a binding contract. A binding engagement exists only once an official Statement of Work (SOW) has been executed by both parties. Any estimate shared before that point is preliminary and non-binding.
4. Website Information
Content on this website, including blog articles, is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty that the content is complete or current.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Base3 Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or its content.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
